We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Alex Evenings attire. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
